Rise above adversity,Unite Through Rugby.

Girls and women empowerment in rugby and in general

Through our sports programme,The glass eye foundation we plan on supporting communities and youth by providing physical activity opportunities to all young people who face barriers to accessing sport, and help them find strong holding points.

We all believe that sports can and should be accessible to everyone, and that youth play a key role in breaking down barriers to sport and physical activity. As more women get involved in sports , we choose to challenge the sporting industry to continue to provide more opportunities for young women and girls to engage physical activity. It's all about being empowered, having freedom, about being part of a community, and rugby can help you do that.

Girls and Women empowerment in rugby and in general

Women's empowerment isn't just about benefiting women. It has far-reaching effects that add to sustainable development: When women have better access to basic health services, they can ensure their own well-being as well as that of their family's. Women with increased access to a quality education are more likely to have a positive influence on the education and well-being of their families in the future. By having equal access to employment opportunities, women can contribute to their own economic well-being and the economic development of their community. We plan on helping the women and girls archive this pay providing sanitary towels a safe space for physical training activities etc
